Retail Leasing Opportunities
The Manhattanville campus is situated between City College’s campus just to the north, Columbia University’s Morningside Heights campus just to the south, the Manhattanville Factory District just to the east and the Hudson River Greenway to the west.
Phase 1 of the campus development will include the 450,000 square-foot Jerome L. Greene Science Center, home to the Zuckerman Mind, Brain Behavior Institute, the 60,000 square-foot Lenfest Center for the Arts and the 56,000 square-foot, 430-seat, University Forum. Currently on campus is the 210,000 square-foot Studebaker building, which houses university administrative offices.
The buildings will be destinations for clinicians, students, researchers, educators, faculty and others from all over the world.
Two retail spaces are currently available in the Jerome L. Greene Science Center. The building sits at the intersection of Broadway and 129th Street, which is the eastern-most entrance to the campus and the building closest to mass transit. The Greene Science Center will be the most visible building of the new development.
